Disneyland Paris is Europe’s most visited theme park — two parks, seven Disney hotels and the free Disney Village, just outside Paris. But buying tickets can be confusing: prices change with the date, there are 1-park and 2-park tickets, dated and undated options, and extras like Premier Access.
This guide explains Disneyland Paris ticket prices for 2026, which ticket to choose, the cheapest dates, how to get there from Paris and the airports, opening hours, and the best tips to skip queues and save money. Ticket prices come from The Better Vacation’s July 2026 guide; Disney’s prices are dynamic, so always check the live price for your date.

Which Disneyland Paris ticket should you buy?
1 park or 2 parks?
There are two parks next to each other:
- Disneyland Park — the classic park with Sleeping Beauty Castle, five themed lands and the night-time show. If you only have one day and young children, choose this park.
- Disney Adventure World — the second park (formerly Walt Disney Studios Park), relaunched under its new name on 29 March 2026 (source), with Marvel Avengers Campus and newer areas.
A 2-park ticket lets you hop between both parks on the same day. It’s worth it if you have one day and older kids or teens who want the big rides in both parks. With two or more days, buy a multi-day ticket — the price per day drops a lot.
Dated or flexible tickets?
- Dated tickets are cheaper and can be refunded up to 3 days before your visit (source).
- Flexible (undated) tickets are valid for 12 months but non-refundable and more expensive.
Book through the official site or a trusted partner, and compare packages that include hotel and tickets. Compare Disneyland Paris tickets.
Best rides in each park
Disneyland Park
- Big Thunder Mountain — the runaway mine train, a family favourite.
- Pirates of the Caribbean — a classic boat ride.
- Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain — the most intense coaster (height limit).
- Peter Pan’s Flight — short but with some of the longest queues: go early.
- Phantom Manor and “it’s a small world” — great for all ages.
Disney Adventure World
- Avengers Campus — Avengers Assemble: Flight Force and Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure.
- Ratatouille: The Adventure — a fun trackless ride for families.
- Crush’s Coaster — a spinning coaster with very long waits; ride at opening.
- The new Frozen-themed area that opened with the park’s 2026 relaunch — expect queues in its first seasons.
Height limits apply on several rides — check them in the app if you’re travelling with small children.
Cheapest time to visit Disneyland Paris
- Best value: Tuesday to Thursday in low season — January–February, May, and mid-September to October (source).
- Most expensive and crowded: Easter, July–August, Bastille Day weekend (14 July), Halloween weekends and Christmas week.
- Weekends are busier than weekdays all year.
Disneyland Paris opening hours
Both parks usually open at 9:30 am (turnstiles from 9 am) and close between 9 and 11 pm depending on the day and season (source). Disney hotel guests get Extra Magic Time from 8:30 am. Disney Village (shops and restaurants) is free to enter. Always check the official app for the hours on your date.
How to get to Disneyland Paris
From central Paris: RER A
Take the RER A (direction Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy) to the last station, which is right at the park gates — about 35–45 minutes from central stations like Châtelet–Les Halles, Gare de Lyon or Nation, with trains every 10–15 minutes (source). Since the 2025 fare reform, a standard Metro-Train-RER ticket (€2.55 in 2026) covers journeys across the whole Paris region except the airports (source).
From CDG or Orly airport
- TGV train from CDG: high-speed trains run from Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2 to Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy in about 10–15 minutes (book in advance).
- Magical Shuttle: a coach between CDG/Orly and the Disney hotels, roughly every 45–60 minutes (source).
- Taxi or private transfer: the easiest option for families with luggage. Compare Disneyland transfers.

Express shuttle and day tours
Coaches leave central Paris (near the Eiffel Tower, Opéra and other stops) in the morning and return in the evening — convenient if you don’t want to navigate the RER with children.
Day trip or stay overnight?
A day trip from Paris works well for one park. For two parks or young children, staying one or two nights in a Disney hotel (with Extra Magic Time) or a partner hotel nearby makes the experience much more relaxed. Compare hotels near Disneyland Paris.
Tips to skip queues at Disneyland Paris
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before opening and head straight for the most popular rides.
- Download the official app for live wait times, show times and the free Standby Pass for some rides (source).
- Use single-rider lines on big coasters if you don’t mind riding separately.
- Consider Premier Access (paid) on very busy days for the rides you care most about.
- Eat early or late — restaurants are busiest between 12 and 2 pm.
- Stay for the night-time show at the castle, then leave a little before the end to beat the rush to the RER.
